Low Season: 15th April 2026 until the 18th December 2026- The price per night is US$525 for 2 people sharing 1 bedroom OR, US$750 for up to 4 people sharing 2 bedrooms.

High Season: 19th December 2026 until the 15th of April 2027 (except for Festive Season) - The price per night is US$625 for 2 people sharing 1 bedroom OR, US$875 for up to 4 people sharing 2 bedrooms.

The Festive Season (December 19th 2026 to January 2nd 2027) - The price per night is US$945 for 2 people sharing 1 bedroom OR, US$ 1,245 for 3 or 4 people sharing 2 bedrooms.

16th of April 2027 to the 31st July 2027 - The price per night is US$525 for 2 people sharing 1 bedroom OR, US$750 for up to 4 people sharing 2 bedrooms.

13% government tax & 10% service charge will be added to the above rates.

We require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  There is no refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.   If cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit amount minus $100 administration fee  is refunded.  

You will have exclusive access to the entire house and grounds. Any bedrooms not included in the rental agreement will be closed off.  Reserve as a 1 Bedroom Villa for up to 2 adults or as a 2 bedroom villa for up to 4 persons. 

Check in time is 15:00 p.m.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.

Children over age 12 only.
