15th October 2023 until the end of November- The price per night is US$495 for 2 people sharing 1 bedroom or US$750 for 3 or 4 people sharing 2 bedrooms.

1 st December 2023 until the 15th of April 2024 (except for Festive Season) - The price per night is US$590 for 2 people sharing 1 bedroom or US$890 for 3 or 4 people sharing 2 bedrooms.

The Festive Season (December 22nd 2023 to January 5th 2024) - The price per night is US$795 for 2 people sharing 1 bedroom or US$ 1075 for 3 or 4 people sharing 2 bedrooms.

15th of April 2024 to the 20th July 2024 - The price per night is US$495 for 2 people sharing 1 bedroom or US$750 for 3 or 4 people sharing 2 bedrooms.

13% government tax & 10% service charge will be added to the above rates.

We require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  There is no refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.   If cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit amount minus $100 administration fee  is refunded.
